Took some time to figure this out doing the job by myself. Tried 1/2" impact, a 3/4" breaker bar then finally ended up with a 1 inch breaker bar and a cheater pipe to start breaking the nuts, they were way over 450 ft lbs. Once I got them to pop the first time or 2 then my 3/4" dewalt impact could finish the job. The nuts on my RC2072 are 1-11/16 so I had to buy a good impact socket set that included this size. I purchased a Vevor kit for about $180, really nice set and it goes all the way to 2-1/2". We have some larger equipment so these should hold us up good for a while. I left the bush hog on the tractor, lifted it all the way up and put 2 x 12's under the front and jack stands under the rear and let the bush hog down slightly to rest on the supports. Had no issues with support or stability and felt completely safe working under the equipment. Next time should go much smoother as I only tightened them down with the 3/4 impact.
