The RM Series Boom Mower is a rear-mounted boom mower that operates independently without the need for tractor hydraulics. It is purpose-built for cutting grass, brush, limbs, and vegetation of up to 4 inches in diameter, catering to municipal and agricultural applications. Available in two models, the RM165 and RM180, these machines offer boom lengths of 16 ft 4 in and 18 ft 1 in, respectively. They come equipped with a variety of cutting head options, including a 48 in Heavy Duty Flail, a 48 in Medium-Duty Rotary, and a 60 in Heavy Duty Rotary.
The RM165 model requires 58 PTO horsepower and has a shipping weight of 6,615 lbs, while the RM180 demands 65 PTO horsepower and weighs 7,715 lbs when shipped. Both models are fitted with a 540 rpm PTO output shaft and are competitively priced to accommodate various budget requirements.
