Pin Eye Cylinders

Our welded pin eye cylinder series is meticulously engineered to withstand the most demanding applications in today's market. Standard Lion1000 induction-hardened rods provide unrivaled corrosion protection and durability.

Exclusive Self-Lubricated, Zero Maintenance Bushing

These bushings, crafted from a friction liner applied to a glass fiber structure, exhibit outstanding friction properties and enhanced wear resistance without requiring external lubrication, even under heavy loads.

Bushing Seal

The wiper edge effectively clears even the most stubborn dirt and contaminants from the pin, ensuring the system operates cleanly and at peak performance. The metal enclosure guarantees a secure fit within the open housing, preventing wiper expulsion, even under extreme conditions.

Safely Transport To & From The Field

Pro-Till offers user-friendly operation, enabling the operator to engage the transport position from the safety of the tractor seat. The wing-forward design ensures remarkable compactness and stability during road transport. It boasts an ultra-low profile, measuring under 13’ (3.9m), ideal for navigating bridges and power lines. Swing Away Deflector

Our swing away deflector, a robust and straightforward component, redistributes soil from the front discs to the rear of the back discs, leaving behind no ridges or grooves. The deflector's depth is adjustable, and its teeth vibrate to enable fine soil sifting without adhesion. When not in use, the deflector can be rotated 180 degrees.

Gauge Wheels

For 2021, we introduce hydraulically adjustable gauge wheels, now standard on all 20 and 26-foot machines. These end wheels provide additional flotation in the field, particularly in softer field conditions, and contribute to a level and consistent field finish. Gauge wheels are retrofittable to all previous bi-fold Pro-Till models and feature high-quality Alliance 400/60-15.5 tires.
