Diamond Diamond Z560

The Diamond Z560, a 3-point mounted machine, provides an economical solution for farmers wrapping fewer than 400 bales annually. It accommodates bales with a maximum diameter of 4'x4' and a maximum weight of 1,800 lbs. Bale unloading is achieved by elevating the table using the 3-point lift system, and film cutting is effortlessly handled with a straightforward cut and hold feature. A monitor keeps track of the current wrap count during operation, and minor adjustments allow for the use of 20" film. With 30" film, each bale is typically wrapped in approximately 80 seconds. An optional off-load ramp with end tip is also available. The machine is designed for stationary operation, with the table resting on the ground, and it requires a minimum tractor power of 45 HP to lift independently using a CAT II 3 Point Hitch.

“We chose the Diamond over other models because the Diamond did not require the operator to manually tie plastic, count wraps, and manually cut the plastic. Works very well with minimum base tractor to operate it. We have noticed a marked improvement in herd health and calving success by feeding better quality silage hay especially during calving.
