The Meyer Crop Max offers versatile spreading solutions for both pull-type and truck-mounted units. This adaptability ensures you can maximize the value of your manure or byproduct management.

Three Spreading Attachments Available

The Crop Max provides three removable and interchangeable spreading attachments, showcasing its versatility.

• S100 Combination Attachment: This attachment boasts two horizontal beaters that shred materials and drop them onto the lower spinner disks for wide dispersal patterns, up to 65'. Ideal for litter, lime, compost, and digester solids, especially when lower application rates are required. It features a standard guillotine tailgate and offers an optional Swing-Arm. It's also capable of handling pack manure.
• S200 Vertical Attachment: Equipped with twin 44" diameter expellers, the S200 Vertical Attachment creates an explosive 30-40' spread pattern. This design handles various materials, including frozen, dry feedlot, and packed manure. It includes a Swing Arm Tailgate with a safety valve for added convenience.

Adjustable Deflector

The Meyer Crop Max allows you to fine-tune your spread pattern based on the density of the product being spread, ensuring precise application.

Heavy Duty Steel Construction

With a 4' side height and 7.5' width, the Meyer Crop Max offers substantial capacity, making it ideal for managing high volumes of solid manure, litter, or byproducts.

Floor Supports

The tight network of floor supports, with 7.5" gaps, protects the poly floor system when handling large volumes of manure or frozen manure.

Hydraulic Variable Speed Triple Apron System

Featuring a cab control box, the hydraulic variable speed triple apron system comes standard with the Crop Max. The solid poly floor is made from high molecular virgin poly, ensuring durability.

Hydraulic In-Cab Variable Speed

This simple control mounts in your tractor or truck, providing you with full control of apron speed at your fingertips.

Reversing Apron Feature

The reversing apron feature allows you to free foreign objects or restart a load after plugging, saving you time and effort.

Direct Hydraulic Geardrive

The Crop Max utilizes a direct hydraulic geardrive system, eliminating the need for roller chain maintenance. It includes a big 2 3/8" drive shaft and standard machined steel sprockets.

Swing Arm Tailgate System

The Swing Arm Tailgate system (S200) includes a tailgate safety valve, ensuring the tailgate is open before the apron chains advance the load.

Belt Curtain System

This belt curtain system comes with any Swing Arm Tailgate-equipped spreader, typically featuring the S200 Vertical attachment. It deflects debris from coming forward toward the truck/tractor.

Direct Drive Expellers

Unlike some other brands, the Crop Max expeller system is PTO-powered for maximum capacity and consistent performance. It features independent gearboxes to prevent cross-contamination in case of failure.

High Floatation Undercarriage

The robust chassis system includes an HD tube frame, suspension axles, and oil bath hubs (tridem units have grease-filled hubs).

Slider Axle System

The Slider Axle Set is standard on the HFX3000 Chassis for the 9524 Crop Max, allowing axle relocation for silage conversion or drawbar weight adjustments.

Bull-Pull Articulating Implement Hitch

Featuring a heavy-duty pivot, this Articulating Implement Hitch reduces hitch and drawbar wear. It accommodates 1.5" or 2" pins (standard equipment) and requires a hammer strap tractor drawbar.

Scale Systems

Scale Packages, popular on Crop Max Models, offer various options, from a simple scale indicator to advanced systems like the Topcon NT560 with GPS or variable-rate Athene version with ISOBUS connectivity.

Brake Options

Crop Max models offer brake options, including hydraulic, foot pedal hydraulic, and air on tandem units, and hydraulic on tridem units.

High Capacity Silage Extensions

These 36" tall high-capacity extensions are perfect for quick conversions to silage applications or hauling bulky, lightweight products. Attachment removal is quick and straightforward.
