EFFICIENT MAXISWEEP™ PICKUP

To achieve perfect, square-shouldered bales, a high-capacity pickup and feeding system are crucial. The MaxiSweep pickup, with its reliable twin-cam drive, 160 tines, and five-bar reel, provides a clean sweep, high capacity, and the strength needed to handle large windrows at a rapid pace. Its forward-mounted pickup mounting angle and adjustable roller and tine windguard improve visibility and crop flow.

FEEDING AND CUTTING EXCELLENCE

For increased capacity, the SuperFeed™ rotary feeding system and CropCutter® rotary feeding and cutting system feature a large 20.5-inch diameter feeder—14% larger and twice the weight of equivalent Roll-Belt™ models. These rotors offer smooth "V"-shaped feeding, ensuring that the crop is power-fed across the chamber's full width for efficient feeding and cutting.

PERFORMANCE TO THE CORE

The Pro-Belt™ bale chamber boasts a simple design with few moving parts, ensuring maximum durability, reduced maintenance, and enhanced productivity. Only two fixed bale formation rollers are required to achieve aggressive rolling action within the chamber. Coupled with four steeply angled premium endless belts that are 11 inches wide, tight cores are rapidly and consistently formed, resulting in dense bales.

FAST AND EFFICIENT WRAPPING SYSTEM

To maintain the density of bales, a capable wrapping system is essential. The EdgeWrap™ system ensures that net wrap goes over the bale's edge, preserving its shape for better protection, handling, and storage. This system features a latest-generation duckbill with a shorter net path into the chamber for faster wrapping. Three spreader rolls ensure uniform coverage across the entire bale, working seamlessly with the wider net wrap system that places the net over each bale's edge.
