The Intellicarb™ Compensating Carburetor is engineered to autonomously adjust the air/fuel ratio in response to a restricted or partially obstructed air filter. This innovative system maintains the engine's correct RPM and employs air from the clean side of the air filter to regulate the diaphragm and fuel flow. Unlike conventional carburetors that utilize air from the "dirty" side of the air box, the Intellicarb™ system adapts the fuel flow to compensate for the decrease in air supply as the air filter becomes dirty.
