I cheated and had my 13 year old daughter help. I bought a 40" long breaker bar, and the 1 11/16" impact socket, and soaked the bolt and nut with WD-40 twice before working on it. Kept the brush cutter on the tractor, propped the sides with some scrap 6x6 I had laying around, popped the cover on the deck, and pulled. I was surprised, the 40" bar was enough. Had my 13 year old thread the nut as I held the bolt from underneath, tightened until it wouldn't tighten anymore, and this brush hog is cutting like new again.
