Installation Tips

(15 minutes)
I sprayed silicone spray on the nipples and lined them up in the holes. Pushed them in with a wooden dowel pin. Went in easy. Mat looks great.

Silicone spray the tabs on the back of the matt. Set the place and tapped in the handle end of a 1/2 inch ratchet. Very easy.

This mat fit perfectly on my L4701HST. First clean the tractors floor plate. Sponge a little dish soap with water across the bottom of the mat. Start on treadle peddle side and slide the slit in the mat through the peddle. Flatten the mat and insert the mat tips through the holes on the floor pan. With a little lubrication from the dish soap, reach under the pan and pull the mat tips through correct pan holes. Best to start close to the middle. Flatten the mat across the top of the middle hump and move to the other side. Again, starting in the middle, reach under the pan and pull the mat tips through the correct holes. They'll kinda "snap" when they are secure. Easy peasy. They are a nice addition to these tractors.
