My time included removing the previous shaft but not gathering the socket and wrench.
Greasing it the first time took longer - I had no experience with moving the plastic safety shroud: ie, popping the tab holes with a screwdriver and sliding it up in the shaft. But a quick tube video and I succeeded . Mowed the pasture and am very happy with this purchase.
