Machining of late model 140 touch control housings were poor due to worn out tooling. The O-rings must be heavily lubed, then double it due to inadequate chamfer of casting. Requires gentle taps on spool with brass punch. Requires removing battery box, remove left fender bolts and pry away from frame to remove lift bolts. Remove gas tank and starter plus hyd line. Lifted up with hoist, turn 90 degrees and let it partially rest on helper spring.

Spray silicone on valve shaft and roll o-ring on to shaft.
