I had disk raised in the up position, but was able to rotate front down in order to unbolt gang. Once removed I was able to remove and replace parts. I performed this work by myself. When reconnecting gang I was able to reconnect the out u-bolt with the disk rotated down and then used a short ratchet strap to raise the other side of the gang to make that connection. Once I got the nuts started I was then able to remove the ratchet strap and finish tightening everything up completely.
