The bolts to fasten lens to housing have a small backing nut. The backing nuts are very difficult to reach without removing the housing which is held in place by screws under the fender well.

The nuts which hold the tail light assembly in place are in a spot which is difficult to reach. By gluing the nut to the end of my index finger with a tiny drop of crazy glue I was able to get the nut in place where I could meet it with the bolt from the lens. A spot of acetone cleaned my finger when I was done.
