Just loosen the jam nut then unscrew the tie rod end to replace the cover. The larger ( inner) ring takes awhile but just work it on in a spiral fashion. Easier than I first thought it would be.

Was simple. Just raised wheels with bucket and unscrewed bolt. Cleaned joint good and packed grease. Slid boot over and clamped. Matched original perfectly. Had previously used another off eBay. It had fit but was short and didn’t last. Should have bought this one at the start.
