Kubota 6A320-58862 fuel filter assembly (fuel filter housing) for the fuel system. It filters impurities from the fuel before they reach the engine.
This fuel filter assembly is a direct replacement for earlier part numbers 6A320-58860 and 6A320-59912.
Commonly shown in parts diagrams under Fuel Filter in the Fuel System section on various Kubota tractors and utility vehicles.
Service Tip: There is no built-in fuel shut-off, so have a catch basin ready to manage fuel spillage during replacement. Some mechanics suggest using a sharpened pencil to temporarily stop fuel flow when disconnecting the feed hose, making the job cleaner and easier.

Installation Tips
Leave fuel lines connected, mount new filter assembly, THEN remove fuel lines. There's no fuel cut-off, so have a catch basin.

Used sharpened pencil to stop fuel flow when feed hose was disconnected. Only tools required were wrench to loosen bolt and pliers for clamps.

I could not bleed the air from the pump by using the vent valve As shown in the L2501 book. I had to disconnect each of the 3 lines going to the injectors off of the top of the pump to purge the air.
