If you are removing the old bushings, clean all four old wheels of extra grease and debris. prop the wheel horizontally between two blocks two by fours will do. Spray the wheel you’re working on with WD-40 in the bushing area. let it sit for about 10 minutes and use an old flathead screwdriver to punch out the old bushing. this may take some time and make sure you hammer equally around the old bushing by placing the screwdriver inside of the bush and cavity once you push the first bushing out, flip the wheel and take an old deep socket of less diameter than the bushing housing and punch out the remaining bushing. clean the bushings well and when reinstalling in the new wheels, make sure the chamfered end is the end you are hammering in. it will take some strong blows from the hammer for the initial half inch. after that, it will get easier. Make sure you punch all the way in till the chamfered end seats. lightly grease and install on the cleaned. Axle. remember when you are using your deck to lift it off of cement and asphalt, it will prolong the life of your wheels. if anyone comes up with a viable replacement, please share it with me because these wheels are overpriced along with all the parts related to them.
