1. Grease up new pin 2. Tap old pin out about 1/2 inch 3. Line up new pin so Clovis pin hole lines up with collar and tap in until hole lines up 4. Tap in the Clovis pin 5. Faster cotter pin

Both pins completely seized. Clevis pins fell out on both sides of original bolts. Sledgehammers, jackhammers, propane torch, penetrating oil etc. Nothing allowed it to budge. I've not used a sawzall to cut off the pins (shortening them) but they are still stuck in the center and are now getting drilled out. I've broken some drill bits and the ones I had on hand are not large enough. The pins appear to be about 19mm in diameter even though it doesn't seem to be listed anywhere online (just called "pin 4"). I am not sure what the inner diameter of the bore it goes into should be. I've purchased additional drill bits as well as a brush/abrasive to try and polish the inside of the bore after I drill out what's left of the current pins that are stuck in there. I've googled everything and watched videos online. Some people have cut off the whole piece with a torch and welded a new connection on...
