Let seals get warm as possible (sun is great if it's warm). Manipulate them to add stretching, take photos before you remove the old seals too, and add in installation. Also insure to use plenty of lubricant for installation I used some Vaseline along with tractor fluid and when installing the new repacked slow rotate the new seal pack. Do not force it to rotate with slight pressure strap the cylinder down to prevent it from turning.

I spent about an hour on clean up before I started. The hardest part is installing the two internal wiper seals inside the cylinder end. Must use a seal installation tool that bends the seal so it will fit inside the grove.

The inner seal is tricky, but it did finally get in there. The kit is a bit different than what came originally on my old tractor, but they all worked fine!
