Check the bucket resting position and lift, roll or drop to best relieve tension on the broken or worn pin. Install the grease fitting and fill the pin. Grease the pin on the outside leading edge. Use the broken half of the old pin or place an old socket over the end to drive the new pin with a heavy 3# hammer until the old pin drops out. Check final alignment. Install the retaining bolt. Top off the new grease fitting!
