I was able to change fuel filter and cleaned separator bowl in about 30 minutes. Service manual describes several steps required to ensure no air in the system. I just fully filled both the fuel filter and separator bowl with diesel and reinstalled them. Had no issues at all with restarting my kubota. No need to do all those extra steps.
