Get the correct size pulley puller with the correct size claws to grasp the old PTO clutch and extract it out easily. Remember the center of the pulley puller tool bolt needs to be to be pushing against the shaft where the PTO clutch is attached to the shaft. MAKE SURE you disconnect the PTO wire harness, loosen and remove the mower belt from the PTO clutch, remove the bolt that holds the PTO clutch on the motor shaft, remove the PTO clutch stopper that supports the PTO clutch from spinning around, spray some penetrating oil from the top of the PTO to help loosen the PTO clutch for an easier removal from the shaft.

Tips: Put a bit of lock-tight or other thread locker on the bolt to prevent it from vibrating loose. Ideally you should use a torque wrench to tighten bolt to specification (usually around 50 ft-lb). To be honest, I just used an impact wrench to get it good and snug and so far so good.
