Installation Tips
(10 minutes)
Make sure the two bevel washers go on first then the locking washer. Put everything in by hand and make sure the lock washer is aligned with the splined shaft. Torqued mine to 90 ft lbs. That’s slightly over specs.

Take the deck off. Set the deck as low as it will go, lift up a bit to relieve pressure on the 4 hanger pins, take them off, compress the tensioner spring with a breaker bar, undo the belt from the rear pulley, tip the machine back and pivot the front wheels off the deck.
