Installation Tips
I used to jack up the front end to do any blade work until I found out it was easier to remove the deck and stand it up on its back end. I'm guessing the two rear lift arms were designed to be a stand and makes blade and spindle work a breeze.

use a pneumatic impact wrench to do the bolts...the hardest part is simply removing the deck...you might as well do all the lube points with a grease gun while it's all exposed.

replaced 3 on a 12 year old Kubota 72" mower. The spindle farthest from the discharge chute no problem, the other two closer to the discharge were pretty beat up from debris and were much harder to remove. If your dust overs are like mine, be prepared to pry and or cut the old beat up one off.

If the existing spindle covers are beat up, be prepared to use some effort to remove the old ones. This may require use of angle grinder to split the old cover for easier removal. New ones slid on very easily once the old covers are removed.
