#K7591-99450 Hand Throttle Kit - D902 Engine for RTV-X900

Overall this kit installed easily and works exactly as advertised. Pay close attention to the cable routing around the engine to keep it away from the exhaust and moving parts. It took me a few minutes to identify the areas in the routing photos. The plastic cable clip goes on the driver's side below the exhaust. The hole for the clip is there but you need a good light to find it. When attaching the pin/washer/cotter pin to the existing throttle arm I found it helpful to use a piece of duct tape to hold the pin in from the bottom so you can use both hands to install the cable/spacer/washer and cotter pin. Other than that a fast and easy install. Also, the components are of a very high quality across the board.

Everything needed is in the kit and it all fit perfectly. Installation is quite simple. To prevent chaffing, I zip tied a 3 inch piece of old rubber hose to the cable housing where it came close to a bracket. Likely not necessary, but no harm.....3 cyl. diesel vibrates a lot Once installed, the throttle action is silky smooth. I really think manual throttle should be standard on units with dump bed or any hydraulics.

My cable was too long for my X900. They insisted that I had the right parts. I had to clip 2" off of the cable and add a new ferrule.
