Rear Window Wiper Kit - M60 Series

Pull the tube and wiring harness out from the headliner (inner roof liner). Cut the tape holding them together. Remove the four rubber plugs in the window and insert the grommets (seal, cushions), thick flange to the inside. Install the washer nozzle and connect the tube. The nozzle jet may have to be adjusted later so fluid sprays on the glass.

Stick the label #180 to the back of the motor. This is purely aesthetics here so the motor isn’t seen through the slots in the plate #080. Snap the motor into the plate.

Insert the two bolts #100 through the grommets. Fit the motor in place and thread the two nuts on. A 10mm nut-driver is useful here as well as a helper on the outside to hold the bolts. Fit the washer #060, nut #050 (22mm), and cap #040. Connect the harness to the motor and fit the cover #110.

The model tractor given above has its switch panel on the right rear roof column rather than on the fender as in the instructions. Remove the panel ( 3 bolts, 10mm nut-driver), remove one of the knockouts, install and connect the switch, and remount the panel.

Before mounting the wiper arm, turn the wiper motor on, then off. This is to ensure it’s in parked position before fitting the arm and blade, likely to the left side.
