#KURADIOPKG Messick Kubota Radio Package - Plug n Play!
$129.00
We feel like we've seen way too many tractors with an empty radio slot, so we decided to create an inexpensive solution to get basic radio functions into every machine. This inexpensive radio package is a single DIN radio sourced from overseas, electrical noise reducers, and prebuilt wiring harness to fit all Kubota machines using a square 9 pin connector (about 95% of current models). FM radio is included, along with blue tooth to connect to your cell phone. This can be used for streaming music and taking calls from your tractor. Equipment cabs are prewired with an antenna and speakers already in the machine. Installation is very easy and takes about 5 minutes.
***Will not work with Construction Equipment, or ATV/RTV is for Tractor Cabs only.***

Installation Tips
Very simple install but still advise to watch a video on YouTube. They sell several different radios under this listing. After a simple install no one in support or instructions could explain how to set display color. It flashed a different color every few seconds. Support guy was very nice but said he couldn’t figure how to set the color either. I finally started pushing buttons and found if you press the volume button repeatedly it would finally display auto. You then quickly turn the volume knob until you get the color you want. If you later decide you want a different color repeat the pushing on the volume knob until it displays the current color then quickly turn the knob to select the color you want. Plays well through the mx5400 tractor cab speakers. The noise suppression device works well and no alternator whine at all. Its a cheap radio but when you consider a 10 minute install and it plugs right in with no modifications to your cab its a good bargain. As long as I can get Dan Bongino and also an oldies station I'm happy and all day bushhogging will seem to go much faster.

Watch the video first then install. Super simple plug and play. Everything is in the box. It took no more than 5 minutes to remove the factory plate, locate the factory plug, install the mounting bracket and then plug radio in and slide radio into bracket. It took me about 10 minutes to program the radio to the color I like and the radio stations. It hooked up to bluetooth on my phone right away and works every time I start the tractor. Well worth it.

Installing this was easy. Sound quality is okay. I definitely recommend swapping out the stock speakers. Radio quality is about what you'd expect from a $20 Chinese radio. Hopefully it'll last a few years. Overall if you're looking for a simple plug and play solution, this is a decent deal.

No instructions with this at all, plugs in ok but you have to take the extra mounting bracket to put it in the hole where the old radio was, fit was not great but finally looks ok. This radio does not have AM only FM

There was no easy way to install this unit. My M9000 Kubota required the removal of the head liner to remove existing radio and the new radio wiring harness did not have a compatible plug, so I needed to modify the harness to adapt. New radio works fine and removes MOST of the static I was getting from the LED spot lights which is why I wanted this new radio in the first place.

There was no wiring harness in the KX033. The wires were taped to to the rest of the wiring deep in the back of the machine, so I had to take off several pieces of trim to get to them. Eight wires to deal with , four speaker wires were easy to identify, trial and error on the rest, since there are no wiring diagrams in the manual. Once the wires were identified, had to cut of the harness supplied with the radio and put on bullet connectors to connect the machine.

Took my time. The frame didn’t clip in as firmly as I expected so I spent extra time with the retaining tabs. Everything else was straight forward.

Used in a John Deere 5420. Plugs into harness but had to switch the constant hot and the switch hot wires. Other than that no problem.
