1. Park RTV on level surface and lift the bed

2. Remove drain plug from bottom of the engine while engine is still somewhat warm (allow plenty of time for engine to cool down so that oil is not hot) to drain oil into oil pan

3. Put drain plug back in when oil has drained

4. Fill with new oil to the upper groove of the dispstick

Oil Capacity:
Filter exchanged: 3.3 quarts
Filter non-exchanged: 2.9 quarts

1. Remove air cleaner cover and primary filter

2. Cleaning the filter:

   -If filter only contains dust: Blow compressed air (under 30psi) from the inside of the filter to clean it.

   -If filter contains carbon or oil: Soak filter in detergent for 15 minutes, wash and rinse with water and let it air dry. When filter has completely dried, use a light to check for damage.

3. Reinstall filter and cover

4. Check evacuator valve for blockage

5. Check rubber seal and replace it if it is damaged

Replace the air filter yearly, or after every 6^th cleaning, whichever comes first.

Do not touch secondary (inner) filter unless you are replacing it. If dirt is found on the inter filter replace both filters immediately.

Evacuator valve should be opened once a week, or daily when used in a dusty place, in order to get rid of larger dust particles.

Checking Fuel Line and Fuel Filter

1. Park RTV on a level surface and raise the bed

2. Inspect fuel lines and pipe clamps for damage or deterioration. Replace them if damaged.

3. Check to see if fuel filter is clogged or contains water. If either is true replace it.

Fuel lines and clamps should be inspected annually, or after every 100 hours of use, whichever comes first.

Be sure to close off the end of a fuel line whenever it is disconnected so dirt does not get into it.

Replacing Engine Oil Filter

1. Park RTV on level surface

2. Raise cargo bed

3. Remove filter

4. Apply a small amount of engine oil to the rubber seal of the new filter.

5. Tighten filter quickly until it touches the mounting surface.

6. Tighten filter an additional ½ turn.

7. When a new filter is installed, engine oil typically decreases a little. Ensure that oil does not leak through the seal of the filter, then refill oil.
   

Replacing Transmission Oil Filter

1. Take drain plug out of bottom of transmission case and drain oil

2. Clean metal filings off of magnetic drain plug

3. Put drain plug back in

4. Take of rear guard and hose guard

5. Remove both oil filters

6. Apply a small amount of clean transmission oil to the rubber seal of the new filter

7. Tighten filter quickly until it touches the mounting surface

8. Tighten filter one more turn, using a filter wrench

9. Refill transmission oil

10. Run engine for a few minutes, stop, and refill transmission fluid as needed

11. Ensure that transmission fluid does not leak through filter seals

12. Reattach rear guard

Changing Transmission Fluid

1. Park RTV on level surface and raise bed

2. Take drain plug out of bottom of transmission case and drain oil

3. Clean metal filings off of magnetic drain plug

4. Put drain plug back in

5. Refill transmission oil

6. Run engine for a few minutes, stop, and refill transmission fluid as needed

Note: Do not use RTV right after changing transmission fluid. Run the engine at medium speed for a few minutes prior to use

Oil Capacity: 2.6 gallons

Changing Hydraulic Lift Oil

For hydraulic dumping system model

1. Park RTV on level surface and raise bed

2. Take out drain plug and filling plug and drain oil

3. Put drain plug back in

4. Fill with oil as needed

5. Put filling plug back in when you are done filling the oil

Oil capacity: 8.5 quarts

Changing Hydraulic Auxiliary Tank Oil
For model equipped with hydraulic utility valve

1. Park RTV on level surface and raise bed

2. Take out drain plug and filling plug and drain oil

3. Put drain plug back in

4. Fill with oil as needed

5. Put filling plug back in when you are done filling the oil

Oil capacity: 18 quarts

Replacing Hydraulic Auxiliary Tank Oil Filter
For Hydraulic utility valve equipped model

1. Park RTV on level surface and raise bed

2. Take out drain plug and filling plug and drain oil

3. Put drain plug back in

4. Take oil filter off (Be careful, as oil will spill from filter when it is removed)

5. Apply a small amount of oil to the rubber seal of the new filter

6. Tighten filter quickly until it touches the mounting surface

7. Tighten filter one more turn, using a filter wrench

8. Refill auxiliary tank oil

9. Run engine for a few minutes, stop, and refill oil as needed

10. Ensure that oil does not leak through filter seal
