Have several rags available to wipe up fuel. Loosen the sight bowl retaining ring (I had to use pliers). Remove old filter and two o-rings (one is up in the filter mount). Wash out the site bowl. Replace o-rings with new ones, insert the new filter, replace the sight bowl and retaining ring. Tighten the ring hand tight.
