The tooth bar fits exactly inside the width of the Kubota loader bucket. You can use a permanent marker on the inside of the bucket to draw where you need the holes drilled, then move the bar out of the way. Use a center punch and a 1/4” drill bit on the inside of the bucket, then use a larger bit on the outside to drill the final hole. If you flip the bucket up on one end and drill from the outside, you can do it with more leverage than trying to do it from the inside and on the ground. However, there is about a 3/16” gap between the bolting bracket and the bucket sidewall on both sides. To keep the bucket sidewalls from pulling in when you tighten the mounting bolts, I filled this gap with washers as needed and it worked perfectly.
