Installation Tips

(30 minutes)
I had a problem during installation and called Messick's technical support. After some discussion and sending photos showing my issue they determined that I needed to loosen the bolt for the bracket that attaches to the lower end of the handle, it was not moving far enough to properly install the handle. After making that change it proceeded smoothly. It would be helpful if the installation instructions advised that this step might be needed to attach the handle.

For the Bx2380, add handle to step before mounting step. With the drive over mower, the step will rest on the mower when in the up position but still works.

Bushing seams to be tapered that installs into loader arm. If does start into arm one way fli it over.

Installation is pretty straight forward. The reason it took me 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes is I'm 70 years old with a bad back. Easy Installation.
