This part is the forward/reverse foot petal linkage for Kubota BX models. This is not an easy repair, as this part sits with half of it above the floor pan, and half under the pan. My floor pan was already bent up by the same log that broke this link, so installation was a little easier for me because of the body damage. First, take off the mesh cowling/battery cover and remove the four bolts at the front of the floor pan. I then used a 2x4 and 3-foot prybar wedged between the frame and floor pan, to lift/bend the floor pan high enough to slide the link off its perch. I would not recommend this method if you don't want your floor pan all bent up. The proper way is to remove the floor pan. You will need a circlip/snap-ring plier with a 90-degree tip and very small diameter tip (around 0.07") to remove & re-install the snap ring that holds this linkage to the frame. I used some auto body tools to make the floor pan look almost as good as new.
