Unit is fully assembled so you shouldn't have any issues installing. If you ever need to remove and reinstall the pulley take my advice and heat the pulley up. I wrapped it in foil and used an air fryer at 200f for 15 minutes and it practically fell into place. Tolerances are super tight and you cannot get it on otherwise without the possibility of damaging the rest of the unit. Don't do that, it way to expensive!
