Remove lower pulley and remove bolt holding pivot arm of idler. Slip belt into place , then replace idler arm bolt (make sure to have the large washer/spacer in the same location as it was. This arm must be able to move. Then I replaced lower pulley. I had to add a couple washers to align the lower pulley with the idler .
