Removal - Remove spanner nut (using a punch and hammer make sure to not let the punch go past the end of the hole; or get the right spanner wrench _ Williams makes one 2.25". Use a hooked awl to remove the seal There is also an o-ring right against the bearing, around the shaft, replace that also.
