So I blew one bearing out and figured I might as well replace the other one at the same time. Auger came off in about 15 minutes which includes removing the chain and 3 bolts and two plates on each side. Each bearing comes with a guide bushing as well. I tried pulling them off with a gear puller, but 20 years of rust so I grabbed the saws all. All said and done about 45 minutes total start to finish. KUDOS to the parts department on their level of professionalism. Reason I keep coming back
