If you install new blades on a 30 year old model and the blades are frozen and won’t move after tightening the pins: check the stump jumper! I contacted Woods tech support and was advised to buy new pins - incompetent advice, new pins did the same. It was the stump jumper distorted after years of use! Nowhere on line did I find that tip either! A lot of work was wasted up to that point.
