Remove belt guard, with a long pry bar put pressure on the tension pulley hold the bar with your hip and carefully slip the belt off the idler pulley so the belt doesn't come off the rest of the pulleys. Then slide a 19 mm open end wrench under the tension pulley bracket and onto the nut. With a cordless impact driver and 19mm socket remove the bolt while holding the nut with the wrench. Place the new pulley over the hole and carefully thread the bolt into nut. Make sure the washer between the nut and the bracket is still in place. Tighten the bolt with the impact driver and then check with a breaker bar to make sure it is tight. Then put pressure on the tension pulley, hold with your hip and slip the belt back on the new idler pulley. Replace belt guard. One person can do this in ten minutes once you have all your tools ready.
