Installation Tips
(30 minutes)
I took a hammer and a pry bar tapped on top of the spindle and pulley popped right off. When I installed new ones I held the bottom of the spindle where the blade is and tapped the pulley back on n tighten them back up

Old pulley ground itself off its shaft. Had to cut the hole larger to get it off so I could use a gear puller. Hex head shaft would not pull off. Suspected corrosion so applied penetrating oil repeatedly over several days with no luck. I finally used a small punch to gently drive the key down into the shaft just a little and then was able to pull the remaining core off the spindle with little effort. Probably a problem only a novice would have thought of last.
