The installation was not easy at all (at list on my tractor). The part is correct for my 3200 Cub Cadet, but because of the shape of the new headlight system and the metal hood, I had to modified/bent a little the bracket where the headlight would be sitting, also in order to match/aligned the holes for the screws, I had to be creative using pliers and clamps. Anyhow after a long two hours...everything was fine. my suggestion is to be patient throughout.
