Sanded off black paint on lubricated surface, painted exterior surface, put some grease on shaft, cleaned up wheel, bolted it on, took a grease gun to wheel and spindle, fit just fine. My Woods Rd6000 has been mowing my 3 acres for 12 years, it'll probably last longer than I will!
