BIG M 450
At Agritechnica 2017, KRONE unveiled the fifth generation of the BiG M mower, featuring a comprehensive update and an impressive cutting width of 9.90 m. The new 6-cylinder, inline LIEBHERR engine, controlled by PowerSplit technology, delivers a robust 449 hp with power to spare.
With its wheel motors and a remarkable 50° turning angle, the BiG M offers exceptional maneuverability, making it highly efficient even in smaller fields. Its well-balanced front-rear weight distribution (64% : 36%) ensures outstanding performance in challenging terrains.
When both swathing hoods are closed, the augers efficiently gather material from the sides, forming a central swath. For field-edge cutting, you have the option to close only one hood, ensuring a clean outcome for the following harvester.
