Available Working Widths:
Spring-Loaded Breakaway:
In the presence of an obstacle, the DM1000 series responds by swinging backward to shield the cutterbar. By reversing, the mower is effortlessly reset to its operational position.
Efficient Lift on Headlands:
Raising the mower is a simple task accomplished via a hydraulic cylinder, all without engaging the tractor's 3-point linkage. This approach reduces wear on both the tractor and the machinery, as it keeps the PTO in a consistent position, minimizing transmission vibrations.
Vertical Transport Position:
During transport, the mowers neatly fold into a vertical position situated well behind the tractor. This configuration ensures excellent weight distribution and transport stability, with the center of gravity in close proximity to the tractor.
Counter-Rotating Three-Bladed Discs:
Kubota mowers feature three blades per disc, maintaining a continuous cutting process. This results in a one-third reduction in the load per blade, uniform load distribution on the drive, smoother power utilization, and the production of an even, neatly cut stubble.
